2. Domestic Shipping (India)
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Custom printed apparel may require 3–5 business days depending on order quantity and design complexity.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days
- Local Delivery (within city limits): 1–3 business days

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Custom printed products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If a refund is not applicable, customers may opt for store credit.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are provided for wrong sizes or wrong products delivered.
- Custom-printed items are not eligible for exchange unless the error is from our side.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
- In case of delayed delivery beyond expected time, contact our support team.
- If a package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
